We went live today with a friends and family email. So exciting to see all our work over the past 3 months take shape. A big thank you to everyone at Boathouse.
Here is the story. 3 short months ago, John Connors, was asked to help a family in need with their electricity bill. He came into the office the next day and asked a simple question. “How can we help more families?”
With all hands on deck, we researched the charitable giving market then concepted, designed and developed the SmallCanBeBig.org site.
The main philosophy behind the site was to ensure 100% of every donation goes to immediately address a specific expense or urgent bill like rent, utility or medical expenses. Donations will provide the specific help necessary to get families back on their feet, so donors know exactly how their donations make a difference
